We are seeking an experienced Java Developer & Lead with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java/J2EE, ReactJS, and Angular, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Java and front-end development teams.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern, responsive, and reusable user interfaces using ReactJS and Angular.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Define application architecture, technical standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
