Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in software testing and test automation to lead quality assurance efforts for complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical hands-on skills with leadership capabilities to drive automation strategy, framework development, and end-to-end testing across Agile environments. Experience in Finance & Accounting, Billing, and Reconciliation domains is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and implement test automation strategy, framework design, and scope for Agile projects
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TOSCA
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and ensure scalable execution
  • Execute automated and manual tests for regression, integration, and end-to-end business flows
  • Perform backend testing using SQL queries and validate data across systems, APIs, and databases
  • Design and execute automation POCs for new tools and frameworks
  • Lead and mentor QA/automation team members, assigning tasks and tracking delivery
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure requirement alignment
  • Manage defect lifecycle, ensure retesting, and maintain overall product quality
  • Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, QA processes, and reporting metrics
  • Apply domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Billing, and Reconciliation to validate business scenarios
Required Technical / Functional Skills
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software testing
  • At least 3+ years of experience in test automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright and TOSCA
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for backend/database testing
  • Experience in designing and executing automation Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Domain Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting domain
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Billing, Reconciliation, or Billing Analyst roles
