We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Architect with extensive expertise in both manual and automated testing for web and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience with Playwright, Selenium, GitHub Copilot, Framework Design, Hands-on Coding, Quality Engineering (QE), DevOps, and Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation-first architectures to support AI-driven operations, including observability, alert orchestration, and intelligent incident management.
• Implement tools such as Playwright, Chaos Engineering, and telemetry dashboards to enable real-time monitoring and validation.
• Operationalize Agentic AI for key use cases, including test case authoring, vulnerability remediation, and regression optimization.
• Lead workshops, conduct demos, and execute POCs to validate impactful AI use cases.
• Define and track KPIs, such as test design effort reduction, automation coverage, execution throughput, and cost optimization.
• Foster innovation through reusable agents and scaling driven by feedback and continuous improvement.

Required Expertise

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in Quality Engineering (QE).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Extensive experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, define transformation roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
