Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing and QA engineering.
• Strong expertise in GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
• Experience in test optimization, debugging, and reliability improvement.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and automation governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-based coding assistants in test automation practices.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test script creation, refactoring, and debugging.
• Define and enforce standards for AI-assisted test generation and code quality governance.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevOps practices.
• Evaluate and improve test coverage, execution speed, and framework reliability.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding and AI usage policies.
• Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of automation issues.
• Mentor teams on automation best practices and AI-driven testing approaches.
