Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM Development and good hands on in “BMC Helix DWP Advanced” module. 
• Platform integration and creation of workflows in BMC Helix.
• Strong Knowledge in creating an Automation script using BMC Atrium orchestrator.
• Coordination with users, Service Management.
• Ensuring the Certifications and Technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and process control skills
• Ability to design and implement automated systems and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on Experience in BMC DWP to develop front end to integrate it with internal scripts and orchestrator to trigger the automation.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
