Technical / Functional Skills

• Serve as the automation team's technical interface with IT teams
• Review code for compliance and ensure code complies with Enterprise standards
• Work with the development team in evaluating RPA design and propose efficiency
• Supports Automation team new opportunity identification and assessment activities
• Leads incident identification/incident resolution process including tracking, fixing and reporting
• Manage documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training and disaster recovery
• Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions
• Work with Automation COE for change management and any new solution proposals
• Evaluate new automation capabilities and solutions, to propose for new business opportunity
• Should have good hands-on experience within Automation Anywhere, in both earlier and newer A360 platform
• Should have acquired Masters Certification in newer A360 platform
• Should have experience in providing technical oversight for the development team, to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
• Should exhibit strong communication skill to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within automation team and cross functional teams
