Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician to provide onsite support for AV systems and event operations. The role involves setup, operation, and troubleshooting of conference room and event-based audiovisual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of AV systems in meeting rooms and event spaces
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot audio, video, and conferencing equipment
• Provide event support including preparation, live execution, and teardown
• Work with technologies such as Crestron, Shure, and Dante
• Resolve basic AV issues and escalate when needed
• Ensure AV systems are functional and ready for business use

Qualifications

• Prior experience in AV support or similar technical role
• Familiarity with Crestron, Shure, and Dante systems preferred
• Basic understanding of AV setup, signal flow, and conferencing tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to support events and work in a fast-paced environment
