Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors data quality and system health.
• Works with the Engineering team to design new monitors or implement new monitors when possible.
• Works with London-based engineering team to produce “ready for business report” every morning.
• Works with dashboard designer and stakeholders to constantly update reports to meet their needs.
• Acts as the first point of engineering contact for the Los Angeles-based support team.
• Identify impacted systems and root causes.
• Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our applications, including debugging, problem analysis, and root cause identification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in supporting software.
• Able to read, understand, and write Python, Ruby, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
