Job Description
Required Skills
- 5–10 years in AMS / Production Support / Application Operations
- Strong incident management and war-room leadership
- Monitoring, observability, and outage handling expertise
- Strong RCA and post-incident review experience
- Analytical and decision-making skills in high-availability environments
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application monitoring and observability
- Manage full incident lifecycle (detection → triage → resolution → communication)
- Handle high-severity outages and drive RCA / preventive actions
- Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and metrics pipelines
- Ensure SLA compliance and continuous process improvement in AMS
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams for stability
- Support on-call operations and escalation handling
