Job Description

 

Required Skills
  • 5–10 years in AMS / Production Support / Application Operations
  • Strong incident management and war-room leadership
  • Monitoring, observability, and outage handling expertise
  • Strong RCA and post-incident review experience
  • Analytical and decision-making skills in high-availability environments
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end application monitoring and observability
  • Manage full incident lifecycle (detection → triage → resolution → communication)
  • Handle high-severity outages and drive RCA / preventive actions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and metrics pipelines
  • Ensure SLA compliance and continuous process improvement in AMS
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams for stability
  • Support on-call operations and escalation handling
