Manage a team of Appian developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in technical and project-related matters.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into efficient design and implementation strategies.
Oversee the integration of Appian applications with third-party systems, including CRM and Salesforce.
Implement and maintain CI-CD pipelines to enhance development and deployment processes.
Monitor, debug, and optimize Appian applications for performance improvements.
Design and develop relational database schemas, including scripting, SQL, and stored procedures.
Ensure compliance with Appian coding best practices and standards.
Conduct testing and quality assurance for Appian technologies, focusing on functionality and performance.
Facilitate Single Sign-On integration for seamless user experiences.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of Appian development experience with complete end-to-end implementation for 6+ projects; overall IT experience of 12+ years in related technologies.
Appian Lead Certification and Level 2 ACAD Certification.
Strong understanding of Appian coding best practices, performance parameters, and integration techniques.
Expertise in designing and developing relational database schemas, SQL, and stored procedures.
Experience in integrating SaaS cloud applications with on-premises databases and handling integrations with third-party platforms.
Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
Mandatory experience in the Payer Healthcare domain.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
