Mandatory Technical Skills

• IIS web servers Administration
• CI/CD deployments using CruiseControl, and GIT.
• Understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, Jira, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java)
• Configuring & managing development & testing sandboxes
• Develops and maintains integrations between Service Now and other systems
• Understand tools ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes
• Creates logic flow charts and process diagrams based on client need

 

Good to have skills

• Component driven UI development (Strong exception handling)
• Understanding of AWS Architecture and best practices. 
• Good understanding of Lean Agile development GIT and TFS

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with development teams to identify needs and work with network engineers, system administrators, database administrators to design application server environments.
• Provide technical support to web designers and developers to assist in operating server technologies.
• Build and maintain application server compatible with Windows and report to Applications Architecture Manager.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application relate issues.
• Monitor the software application, and document and analyze problems
• Plan and coordinate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services for windows servers with IT
• Manage IIS folders and services.
• Administer several IIS web servers in load balance clustered environments.
• Provide mentoring to the developer communities in the best practices associated with CI/CD deployments using CruiseControl, and GIT.
• Provide assistance to on-going application development
