*Provide technical on-boarding and support to 3rd party software platforms
*Triage and debug quality issues and drive resolution
*Assist internal development teams by helping with debugging, documentation, and API licensing

REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Experience in roles that required strong interpersonal communication including collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills
*Combined development experience with Java, C#, or other comparable object-oriented programming language
*Experience leveraging SQL for generating data reports/visualizations
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and root cause product issues
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks
*Ability to learn new technical skills including new software programming languages, frameworks, and debug tool

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS:
*Experience with directly supporting customers of software products
*Experience in developing and supporting RESTful web services
*Experience with managing an API Gateway platform such as AWS API Gateway, Akana, or similar API gateway solution
*Experience with managing test and build pipelines with CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins or Drone
*Experience leveraging data analytics and visualizations tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
