Core Responsibilities

• Performance testing of new, existing and competitive antenna products
• Preparation of performance reports for passive device level & active device level testing
• Preparation of production drawings using SolidWorks, Altium and AutoCAD
• Preparation of datasheet, manufacturing, incoming inspection data and procedures
• Active mode radio device performance testing including cellular, WiFi and GPS
• Coordinate antenna and radio device testing with customer’s engineering resources
• Help customers with antenna integration and device certification issues

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on capabilities and experience for mobile phone tearing down for antenna characterization. 
• Cable/component soldering and experience in device assembly is a must.
• Experience on antenna characterization (passive efficiency/TRP/TIS/SAR) is required. 
• Need to have the capability of collect/present data in a organized fashion.
• Antenna/RFFE knowledge at a junior engineering level is a plus, especially on cellular.
