Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Ansible playbooks and roles to automate RHEL system configurations and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with system administrators and engineering teams to streamline provisioning, patching, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Ansible workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Support patch management, configuration updates, and deployment operations in RHEL environments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all automation scripts, configurations, and processes.
• Participate in off-hours support (night/weekend) as required for critical deployments or incident response.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience using Ansible to manage and automate RHEL-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL system administration and Linux internals.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation or equivalent certification.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
• Exposure to cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, OpenStack).
