Seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Responsible for creating automation workflows, managing infrastructure deployments, and integrating Ansible with DevOps and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, and Workflows.
- Administer Ansible Automation Controller/Tower environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, and deployments.
- Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Manage inventories, credentials, job templates, and execution environments.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance.
- Follow automation best practices, security standards, and documentation processes.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Ansible automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Strong knowledge of YAML, Jinja2, Ansible Vault, and Linux.
- Experience with Python/Shell scripting and Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred
- Red Hat Ansible certification.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and DevSecOps practices.
