Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AMS Lead to manage application support, operations, and stakeholder coordination for the XTEL Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise across RGM solutions, data integration, and enterprise analytics, along with hands-on incident and service management leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, Primo IT, XTEL support, and technical teams
- Lead operational governance including weekly status calls, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Manage P1/P2 incidents, ensure timely communication, and coordinate resolution efforts
- Oversee monthly data refresh cycles, platform monitoring, and operational stability of XTEL RGM
- Coordinate with ETL, middleware, and integration teams to resolve upstream/downstream data issues
- Validate KPIs, pricing metrics, trade promotion outputs, and recommendation models
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and high-severity issues and ensure preventive actions
- Manage workarounds, permanent fixes, and change requests in collaboration with engineering teams
- Escalate critical issues to XTEL PMO as required and support end-to-end RCA documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with XTEL RGM (or comparable Revenue Growth Management tools)
- Solid functional and technical understanding of RGM configurations and business processes
- Experience with data integration pipelines (ETL, interfaces, data lake integrations, and monitoring)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA pricing, sales, and master data (customer/material) relevant to RGM flows
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and issue troubleshooting
- Experience with trade promotion data structures, reporting views, and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, PySpark/Spark, matplotlib) for data analysis and validation
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos) for delivery and tracking
- Working knowledge of Jupyter Notebooks and basic machine learning concepts
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

- Experience supporting enterprise RGM or FMCG revenue management platforms
- Strong exposure to cloud-based data platforms and analytics ecosystems
- Experience in ITIL-based support environments (incident, problem, and change management)
