Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT teams, and RGM platform support teams
  • Lead weekly operational calls, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, upgrades, and data load timelines proactively
  • Manage P1/P2 incidents and provide timely updates and resolution tracking
  • Coordinate with ETL, middleware, and IT teams to resolve upstream/downstream issues
  • Validate KPIs, metrics, and recommendation outputs from RGM systems
  • Manage monthly data refresh and operational cycles
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-severity issues
  • Implement workarounds, permanent fixes, and change requests
  • Escalate critical issues to vendor or platform support teams as needed
Required Skills:
  • Experience with RGM platforms (XTEL preferred; other RGM tools acceptable)
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge with configuration experience
  • Data integration experience (ETL processes, interfaces, data pipelines, data lake integrations)
  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge, especially pricing, sales, customer, and material master data relevant to RGM flows
  • Strong SQL and database skills for data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis
  • Understanding of trade promotion data structures, views, and data pipelines
  • Python experience including Pandas, PySpark/Spark, and matplotlib
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)
  • Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and basic machine learning concepts
