Technical / Functional Skills

• Amdocs billing system knowledge. 
• Domain:  wireless industry – Ordering, Billing, CRM, Network Provisioning; Usages guiding and rating; Collection and Payment industry knowledge etc.
• Understanding of bills, charges, credits, taxes.
• Kibana, AppD, Rally, ServiceNow

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Based on production occurrences, come up with improvement plan.
• Production hardening items handling – starting from scope to design and deployment.
• Deep drive of all Production issues RCA and handling of Action item from RCA.
• Troubleshooting the production issues.
• Technical coordination required between the Dev/Ops/Architect/QA teams.
• Managing the defect fixes across all the components.
• Drive the issue from End to End and take complete ownership of issue till closure. 
• Primarily responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Problems.
• Primary objectives are to prevent Incidents from happening, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.
