Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AJO solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
• Configure AJO events, automations, and message delivery channels.
• Manage data schemas in AEP, ensuring accuracy and integration.
• Develop omni-channel personalization strategies and conduct A/B testing.
• Utilize Adobe Tagging and WebSDK for tracking and analytics.
• Manage email templates, IP warming, and channel setup.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in AEP and AJO.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor junior members.
• Document best practices and provide internal training.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AJO and AEP.
• Proficient in data integration, journey orchestration, and personalization.
• Familiar with A/B testing, tagging, and analytics.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills.
