Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Architect solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch, with a focus on personalized customer experiences.
  • Create Profile Schemas within AEP and manage data ingestion, ensuring accurate, real-time customer profiles.
  • Develop targeted audiences in AEP for personalized and optimized customer journeys.
  • Design and implement web campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), integrating them with websites and digital properties for seamless execution.
  • Leverage Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (AEP) for both B2B and B2C strategies, ensuring data is centralized for personalized marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe tools such as AEM, AJO, and Adobe Target to ensure smooth data flow and campaign execution.
  • Use Adobe's tools to analyze customer interactions and optimize campaigns in real-time for improved performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and engineers on the integration and usage of AEP, AJO, Adobe Target, and related platforms.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working in Marketing Technologies with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data ingestion and schema creation.
  • 1+ year of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including setting up and managing journeys.
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) for B2B/B2C environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Launch is mandatory.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of customer data management, audience segmentation, and campaign orchestration within Adobe’s ecosystem.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and deliver marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, personalization, and digital marketing best practices.
