Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement Airtable-based solutions to streamline business processes
• Create and maintain Airtable automations, workflows, and custom views for enhanced user experience
• Ensure data quality and implement governance measures for large-scale integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Airtable with other platforms and systems
• Apply best practices to ensure the scalability, usability, and effectiveness of Airtable setups
• Provide guidance on Airtable development to ensure efficient workflows and continuous improvement

Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Airtable experience
• Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Airtable bases for various business needs
• Proficient in Airtable workflows, formulas, linking tables, automations, and views
• Experience using Airtable Functions and creating intuitive interfaces for user interaction
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, orchestration, linking, and governance
• Proven ability to implement large-scale data integration solutions around Airtable
• Proficient in scripting languages, particularly JavaScript, for Airtable automations
• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with data integration, automation, and reporting
• Knowledge of best practices for Airtable setup, scalability, and usability
• Expertise in integrating Airtable with other software platforms
