About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Writer to craft clear, concise, and accurate technical content for our AI and Generative AI products. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation that empowers our users and supports internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Gathering: Collaborate with product developers, engineers, UX designers, and SMEs to collect, verify, and understand technical information.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content.
- Audience Analysis: Assess the target audience to ensure content is accessible, clear, and tailored to varying technical skill levels.
- Visual Integration: Design, gather, or create visuals such as diagrams, screenshots, charts, and illustrations to enhance user comprehension.
- Editing and Standardization: Review and standardize documentation to ensure consistency in tone, style, format, and structure across all materials.
- Documentation Maintenance: Continuously update and archive existing documentation to reflect product updates, bug fixes, and new features.
