Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across customer and employee-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership for AI solutions in centralized and distributed environments.
• Partner with architecture, security, and foundations teams to establish industrialized design patterns.
• Define and design measurement data for AI solution effectiveness.
• Build and scale AI components, APIs, and applications for high availability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead performance, stability, and reliability initiatives.
• Plan and execute automated test cases and load/performance testing.
• Operate within Agile and Cloud teams, delivering in two-week sprints.
• Handle production issue triage and management with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Support and maintain the AI-first mindset, helping democratize AI for customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Software Engineering, 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and AWS (SageMaker required).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, Spark.
• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
• Familiarity with GenAI tech stack, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience with VectorDBs and AI training pipelines.
• Proven experience working with large language models and production-grade systems.
• Ability to present technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
