Job Responsibilities 

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI projects
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports Technical Assistance.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of AI development environments and tools
• Monitor the performance and health of AI models in production, identifying and addressing issues as they arise Data Management
• Support the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for AI training and testing
• Ensure data integrity and security, adhering to company policies and industry best practices
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, summarizing project status, findings, and recommendations
• Suggest and implement improvements to AI development processes and workflows
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of best practices for AI program management.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills 
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
