Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust automation scripts and frameworks using Python and other scripting languages.
• Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot UI automation at both low and high levels.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights using statistical and ML techniques.
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and decision-making.
• Present complex data findings and ML model performance clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and data science teams to validate system performance and ensure product quality.
• Leverage Unix shell scripting for automation, deployment, and system monitoring tasks.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau (preferred) for internal and executive reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automation development.
• Strong Python automation skills
• Minimum 5+ years in HW/SW test engineering (preferred).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Swift, or JavaScript
• Proficiency with Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools (preferred).
• Ability to present technical content to executive audiences effectively.
