We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions with a strong focus on Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the banking domain. The role involves working closely with business users, clients, and cross-functional technology teams to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and technical problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and NLP models for enterprise use cases.
• Work on understanding and implementing banking-specific LLM use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable AI/ML applications.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on AI/ML best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM technologies.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience in application development and AI/ML solutions
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms
• Proficiency in Python for model development and data processing
• Solid experience or working knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques
• Exposure to or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably in the banking or financial services domain
• Ability to consult with users/clients and collaborate with technology teams to recommend advanced AI/ML solutions
