We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and banking Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will develop and implement AI/ML solutions, analyze complex business problems, and collaborate with clients and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions for the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and applications to solve complex business problems.
- Apply machine learning algorithms and techniques to real-world use cases.
- Develop AI/ML applications using Python and relevant machine learning libraries.
- Work with banking-specific Large Language Models (LLMs) and explore their applications in financial services.
- Develop and implement NLP solutions for text processing, information extraction, and language understanding.
- Analyze complex technical and business requirements and recommend appropriate AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, business users, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI/ML applications.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and LLM advancements relevant to banking.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in application development, AI/ML, or related technology roles.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model development.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience or knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to consult with clients and recommend advanced technical solutions.
