Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI north star architecture, including tech evaluation, POCs, and alignment across stakeholders such as AI Solutions, Data Science, and Enterprise Solutions teams.
• Develop AI architecture principles and design patterns to support various AI technologies (ML, DL, Generative AI).
• Lead market research and stay ahead of AI trends to evolve the technology strategy and architecture.
• Evaluate and rationalize existing AI architectures, creating roadmaps to achieve the target architecture.
• Lead the AI Architecture Community of Practice, ensuring adherence to Responsible AI practices.
• Govern AI product solution architectures to minimize tech debt and optimize speed to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and foundational models (OpenAI, Azure, Google).
• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) and building large-scale AI applications.
• Strong background in MLOps, DLOps, and LLMOps frameworks.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI governance and ethical AI practices.
• Experience in data engineering and architecting data for AI solutions.
• Consulting experience in building data, analytics, and AI strategies is preferred.
• Experience in large multinational enterprises, particularly in the CPG industry, is a plus.
