AI Agent Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including:
  • Technical Design Agents
  • Configuration (Config) Agents
  • AI Testing and Quality Agents
• Develop, configure, test, and refine AI-enabled solutions to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Support AI agent logic, prompt engineering, workflows, and behavioral improvements.
• Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, functional validation, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Support test activities and quality assurance throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Work with ServiceNow platform configurations and technical design concepts where applicable.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration details, test results, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an AI Developer or in AI/AI-enabled solution development.
• Experience with AI-enabled development, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
• Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, agent logic, or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with software testing, smoke testing, peer reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Cloud Architecture and Development.
• Experience developing or supporting AI Agent products.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/ML services.
• ServiceNow development or administration experience.
• Experience working in pilot-driven or proof-of-concept environments.
