Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure Agile practices are applied consistently.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, removing impediments, and improving performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define backlog items, prioritize work, and align sprint commitments with business needs.
- Track Agile metrics and support process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery quality.
- Advocate for organizational Agile adoption and guide improvements across teams.
Qualifications
