Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing/Martech PdM with Campaign Management/ESP platform selection, architecture, and implementation.
  • Provide Strategic guidance in defining and building enterprise-wide modern Campaign Management technology architecture and roadmap  AI / ML personalization engines, attribution approaches, identity resolution, email & text service provider (ESP / SMS), Loyalty, Campaign.
  • Implementation phase once the client announces the chosen Email & SMS platform.
  • Leverage industry experience, learning,s and best practices to inform the strategy.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to ensure dependent strategies to the enterprise-wide MarTech strategy are understood and aligned to ensure maximal business impact.
  • Design data-driven journey orchestration strategies and campaigns.
  • Responsible for translating business and marketing expectations into strategies, capabilities, and business justification (value, total cost of ownership, impact) that result in marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Be a platform expert in at least 2+ ESP technology platform stacks.
  • Previous experience in running an RFP for selecting the Campaign Management platform.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the integrations needed to implement the Campaign Management platform for a D2C organization.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Digital Marketing, Martech, Campaign Management, or related Product Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing RFP processes for Campaign Management or ESP/SMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, or managing major ESPs (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Iterable, Klaviyo, Acoustic, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, real-time personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Experience working with D2C businesses and multiple Martech integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and simplify complex Martech concepts.
