Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure Agile practices are applied consistently.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define backlog items, prioritize work, and align sprint commitments with business needs.

Qualifications
