Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, and roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.

Required Skills

• Agile Expertise: Proven experience in leading Agile software development projects, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Acumen: Background in software development or software project management, with a solid understanding of AI technologies and chatbot development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software.
• Ability to wear multiple hats, including those of a product manager and business analyst, as needed.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management, with a focus on software development projects. Experience with AI and chatbot technologies is highly desirable.
