We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven agent frameworks and LLM-based solutions. The role involves creating serverless, multi-agent architectures on AWS, implementing advanced reasoning workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI products using Bedrock AgentCore (Memory, Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Interpreter, Observability)
- Implement and operate A2A/MCP servers and integrate with Bedrock Agents/Converse APIs
- Orchestrate multi-agent workflows with Strands Agents; deploy to AWS Lambda or EKS
- Instrument agents with metrics, traces, and audits via CloudWatch
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Follow AI initiative roadmaps and ensure measurable organizational impact
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, LLMs, and agent frameworks
- Hands-on with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or CrewAI
- Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, modern AI/ML frameworks, and serverless architectures
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG workflows, and generative AI concepts
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AWS
