Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android apps (Kotlin) with integrated AI-driven features for mobile banking
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot SDKs, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI to integrate intelligent agents into the app
• Architect Agentic AI flows that autonomously learn, adapt, and act based on user behavior and context
• Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive, conversational AI interfaces
• Integrate Azure backend services (Functions, API Management) for real-time data access
• Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for custom GenAI features (e.g., financial insights, fraud detection, chatbots)
• Ensure security and compliance with banking regulations, including data encryption, biometric authentication, and secure sessions
• Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, and security teams to scale GenAI across mobile products

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in native Android (Kotlin) development
• Proficiency in Android Studio and familiarity with modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot SDKs/APIs, and LLMs (GPT, Codex)
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for mobile AI deployments
• Familiarity with Azure Identity and security best practices
