Interview: Candidates Should be available In-Person for Client interview in Palo Alto, CA
Summary:
Design and deliver agentic AI systems that operate across enterprise workflows. This role focuses on building autonomous and semi-autonomous systems using LLMs, including tool orchestration, memory, and multi-step decisioning.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agent-based systems using LLMs, tools, memory, and planning (including orchestration and multi-step workflows)
- Build and integrate agent workflows across enterprise systems via APIs and services
- Develop RAG pipelines where applicable to support agent reasoning
- Implement human-in-the-loop patterns for safety, review, and escalation
- Define and operationalize evaluation frameworks (accuracy, reliability, task success)
- Own solutions from prototype through production deployment and monitoring
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong programming experience (Python required)
- Experience building LLM-based applications or workflow automation systems
Preferred:
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and evaluation techniques
- Experience designing multi-step or tool-augmented workflows
