Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Experience in Service Parts Supply Chain including planning, inventory optimization, warehouse management, BOM, SBOM, parts catalog, pricing, analytics, and automation.
Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SPM, SPP, SBOM, Parts Catalog, WMS, and PIM.
Experience with outcome-centric delivery models is preferred.
Functional expertise in Servitization, Field Service Management, MRO, Depot Repair, Warranty, Service Contracts, Service Analytics, IoT, AR/VR, and Service System Integration is desirable.
Ability to lead solution design and implementation teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Advise global manufacturing clients (Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace) on service parts planning, inventory optimization, smart warehousing, SBOM, parts catalog, supply chain cost optimization, supplier collaboration, network modeling, and IT product evaluation.
Lead consulting engagements, manage workstreams, and collaborate with business, supply chain, ERP, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide domain expertise for implementation of PTC Servigistics/SPM, InService, Windchill SIM, Syncron, Baxter Planning, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, JDA, Manhattan WMS, SAP SPP/EWM, Oracle, and PIM solutions. Exposure to ServiceMax, Zinier, IFS, and ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Support practice development through solution accelerators, thought leadership, and go-to-market assets.
Drive pre-sales activities, contribute to RFP/RFI responses, and identify consulting and implementation opportunities.
Build strong client and ecosystem relationships, monitor industry trends, and represent the organization through analyst interactions, customer forums, and thought leadership initiatives.
