Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong, 10+ years’ experience and expertise in Service-Centric function, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, industrial manufacturing and energy, resources.
- Expertise in Servitization, Field Service Management, scheduling, maintenance, repairs, Contracts, Service BOM, MRO, Service Analytics, Depot Repair, Warranty, Service / Aftermarket Parts, AR/VR, IOT and Service System Integration.
- Supporting and deployment of service / aftermarket management solutions.
- Strong communications and presentation skills are required.
- Role will be responsible for communicating with internal and customer teams.
- Must display ability to extract and define business requirements.
- A strong understanding of Business Process Modeling is required.
- Provide leadership to the team that implements the developed solution.
- 70% Client Interaction and 30% Leading Internal Team
- Support solution development with key technologies (Service Max, Zinier, IFS, ServiceNow, Syncron, Techsee, CareAR, PTC SLM, Windchill SIM, Inservice, Servigistics , JDA ,SAP SPM, Oracle, Stibo, Informatica, Riversand etc.) by giving the domain inputs to IT teams.
- Work on pre-sales activities for identifying and converting business consulting and IT implementation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects
- Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in TCS ecosystem
- Lead RFP responses and contribute
- Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.
- Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering or Sciences with specialization in Service Planning, Scheduling, product as a service, Statistics, BOM, Catalog building, analytics and automation, Pricing .
- Experience in implementation of PTC SLM Modules, Service Max, IFS, ServiceNow or any SLM packages.
- Digital Enablement of Service Transformation using Big Data, Cloud, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots etc
- Publication of articles in forums
- Experience in outcome centric models preferred
