Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AEM applications (AEM 6.5) with expertise in workflows, servlets, Sling models, Sightly, schedulers, and jobs.
• Lead backlog grooming, story estimation, and define realistic delivery dates.
• Work with backend/frontend teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Lead business-critical, compliance, and emergency changes within tight deadlines.
• Optimize code performance and enhance customer experience through continuous feedback.
• Provide ongoing AEM support and troubleshooting in the authoring environment.
• Develop AEM components and assist during QA and release testing phases.
• Track and resolve defects in JIRA and improve sprint cycles.
• Guide the team on technical solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Identify and prioritize technical backlog items for future sprints.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years in AEM (AEM 6.5), with expertise in workflows, servlets, Sling models, Sightly, and jobs.
• Strong Java, AEM, Sling, JCR, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), API integration, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven).
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and guiding project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
