We are seeking a skilled AEM Support Specialist / Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—training and supporting non-technical end users on AEM and its supporting tools, as well as working with internal product teams to advocate for platform improvements and feature enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to global AEM users, particularly non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver training sessions and onboarding for end users, helping them navigate and effectively use the AEM platform.
- Serve as the go-to expert for best practices in AEM 6.5 usage, including content authoring, asset management, and workflow processes.
- Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to identify pain points and advocate for new features, UX improvements, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and how-to guides to support global content authors.
- Act as a liaison between end users and the technical team, translating business needs into technical requirements where necessary.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to improve training effectiveness and platform usability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (Sites, Assets, Workflows, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in training and supporting non-technical users on digital content management platforms.
- Strong understanding of AEM authoring environment, templates, components, and digital asset management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially when working with a diverse, global audience.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues related to AEM platform use.
- Experience documenting workflows, training guides, and user support materials.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, developers, and stakeholders.
