Role and Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product requirements for the AEM platform, prioritizing complex deliverables to meet business goals.
• Write clear business and functional requirements, as well as user stories, to guide the development process.
• Leverage experience with customer-facing eCommerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Utilize knowledge of the travel industry to inform product strategy and feature development.
• Employ strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions.
• Make informed business decisions in a fast-paced, complex environment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead product development using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Understand mobile-first and design-thinking frameworks to enhance product usability.
• Facilitate discussions and run large meetings with technical and business teams to drive consensus and solutions.
• Manage product-oriented delivery teams, sourcing talent and tracking budget forecasts for staff augmentation.
• Oversee capital and operational budget management to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Build comprehensive business cases and executive presentations, including feasibility studies and technical analyses for proposed solutions.

Required Experience/Skills 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on delivering successful consumer and eCommerce products.
• Experience with at least one customer-facing eCommerce platform; travel industry experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage, own, and drive end-to-end product requirements and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of writing business and functional requirements and user stories.
• Excellent command of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology, with an understanding of mobile-first and design-thinking principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align multifunctional teams.
• Motivational leadership skills to foster collaboration and ensure team alignment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines and budgets.
