Responsibilities

• Lead and support AEM development efforts, including DAM and CMS integration
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform content and product solutions
• Bridge technical and business teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and content strategies
• Deliver clear presentations and documentation to support decision-making
• Manage projects using Agile or Hybrid Agile methodologies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in product and content management
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS/DAM platforms
• Experience in project and product management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid Agile project delivery models
