Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of AEM projects from inception to completion.
• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
• Utilize your expertise in AEM 6.5 or newer versions to ensure best practices and optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain Java Content Repository (JCR) API suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework (R6/R7).
• Develop and integrate Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions and workflows within AEM.
• Leverage Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, touch UI libraries, and Adobe core components to build robust and scalable web solutions.
• Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality 
• Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, and Production environments

Required Experience

• At least 6 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 2+ full cycle AEM projects. 
• Must have worked on AEM 6.5 or newer versions. 
• Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
• Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework(R6/R7), DAM, and Workflows is required. 
• Experience with Sightly, Sling Models, touch UI libraries, and Adobe core components 
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, or Maven.
• Integration experience with other systems.

Preferred Skills

• Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc
• Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments, and migrations
• Experience in developing highly available, heavy-traffic customer-facing websites is a plus
• Prior Apple experience is a strong plus
• Other CMS experiences are nice to have
