Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using AEM in order to provide an exceptional user experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to support web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement responsive, high-performance web applications using AEM.
  • Analyze and optimize website performance, ensuring an exceptional user experience across devices and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications, collaborating with other team members as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in AEM development and web technologies, and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in web development, with a focus on AEM development.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM 6.x and later versions, including experience with components, templates, workflows, and the AEM API.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus.
