Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize AEM websites, components, templates, and workflows. Work with AEM’s authoring environment and integrate AEM with third-party systems.
• Implement and customize front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure design specifications are met.
• Utilize Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing, and integrate Adobe Analytics and Launch for tracking and analytics. Set up and manage audience targeting and data collection strategies.
• Deploy and manage AEM in the Cloud Service environment. Work with the latest AEM Cloud features and help migrate on-prem AEM instances to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product owners, and QA to deliver features and improvements.
• Ensure AEM applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and document your work. Ensure adherence to best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including expertise in AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development.
• Proven experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch for integrating marketing tools and delivering personalized content.
• Experience with AEM Cloud (AEM as a Cloud Service) and deploying AEM in a cloud-based environment.
• Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with back-end services.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization, security best practices, and SEO principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
