Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AEM-based solutions.
• Lead initiatives in content management, including localization, content fragments, and structured content strategies.
• Optimize AEM authoring, workflows, and publishing processes.
• Define and manage user permissions and role-based access within AEM.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and service connections.
• Support content lifecycle management through effective use of Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on content platforms and digital solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)—sites, assets, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and enterprise content governance.
• Familiarity with localization workflows, content fragments, and structured content strategies.
• Experience managing user roles and access controls within AEM.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
