Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed requirements, and functional specifications and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Supports key activities such as review of functional design, site demos, AEM training, Workflow configurations, taxonomy definitions, etc
• Serve as the bridge between PM, QA, development, and client stakeholders
• Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning, and developing proof-of-concepts
• Lead testing efforts in conjunction with the Project or QA Manager, including the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios
• Prepare training materials (content authoring guides, etc.) appropriate for target audiences develop solutions, and conduct training sessions
• Showcase deliverables and organize demos across client teams.
• Requirement gathering/elicitation, stakeholder interviews.

Required Experience/Skills

• 7+ years of IT project experience
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 2+ years of experience working with relevant Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe AEM Forms, Magento, Target, Analytics, AEP, Campaign
• 2+ years of implementing web content management applications
• Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs, work-flow diagrams, and use-case documents
• Experience working with agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
