Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AEM with enterprise systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRM, ERP, DAM) using REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and other technologies.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM workflows, servlets, Sling models, and components; guide teams in the technical delivery of solutions.
• Work with modern UI technologies (e.g., ReactJS, SPA frameworks) and tools (Webpack, Babel) to create dynamic, user-friendly experiences.
• Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, including accessibility (WCAG, ARIA), SEO optimization, and performance improvement (e.g., Akamai caching).
• Lead the integration of third-party services (SMTP, CRM, etc.), adaptive forms, and other external systems with AEM.
• Implement AEM solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and optimize application performance through caching and automation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to assess customer experience, define product backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical changes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to best practices in the AEM ecosystem.
• Coordinate with back-end and other application teams to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AEM development, including workflows, servlets, Sling models, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with GraphQL API, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, FTP integrations, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento is a plus), CRM, ERP, and Adobe technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (ReactJS, SPA) and build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CDN caching strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of AEM adaptive forms, SEO, accessibility, and UI/UX design standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing customer experience and performance.
• Experience in Agile development and working with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.
