Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Creative tools, AEM assets, and other martech tools, Consulting & Feasibility analysis and product out-of-the-box features mapping.
working directly with Project Teams, Technical Teams, and end-users. On occasions dealing with and managing senior stakeholders.
Design documents, roadmaps, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and other project artifacts that meet requirements.
work with the support team to diagnose support challenges raised by end-users.
The WF lead will be the primary go-to person for anything related to Workfront within.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
solid understanding of general and advanced business Marketing practices including the ability to identify gaps and issues in processes and systems.
Experience with reporting structures, project management, approval workflows, and other typical business functions is a must.
