Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, problems, and SLAs using ITSM tools and processes.
• Create and maintain alerts/dashboards; ensure stable operation of data feeds and environments in collaboration with internal and Adobe support teams.
• Implement new features, troubleshoot production issues, and follow established SDLC tools and frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to GDPR/CCPA; support audits and privacy-related requests.
• Work cross-functionally with business ops (AJO, CJA), IT ops, external partners, and shared services teams.
• Provide regular updates to leadership; drive continuous improvement in processes and product value.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Expertise in Data Ingestion, Profile Management, Audiences, Identities, Privacy, Schemas, Datasets, Queries, and AEP Admin tasks (alerts, sandboxes, permissions).
• Proficient in Assyst, JIRA (or similar), and ITIL practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Skilled in setting up dashboards and alerts; knowledge of both real-time and batch data processing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and enterprise release management.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy practices; ability to enforce retention and privacy controls in AEP.
• Adobe AEP or related certifications preferred.
